By visiting our Site, placing an order, creating an account, downloading digital products, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

6) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or policy violations.
Pricing
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party processors (including Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to the payment processor’s terms and policies. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location and local laws.
7) Shipping & Delivery

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package (when your package is handed off to the shipping carrier).

9) Digital Products, Courses, and Downloads
If we offer digital products (including courses, downloads, PDFs, videos, templates, or other educational content):
Access is provided as described at checkout and/or in the product listing
All digital sales are final once access is delivered, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise
You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, upload, or publicly post any paid digital content
We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe digital content is being shared, redistributed, or misused.
10) Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Brand Rights
All Site content and materials—including but not limited to designs, graphics, product photos, videos, product names, slogans, logos, icons, course materials, layout, copy, and brand assets—are owned by or licensed to Woman & Warrior Apparel, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Trademarks:
Our trademarks include WOMAN + WARRIOR® and THIS IS MY DEPLOYMENT DEPRESSION® (both registered with the USPTO). In addition, names, logos, slogans, designs, product identifiers, and other brand features displayed on the Site may be protected as trademarks and/or trade dress, whether registered or unregistered.
You may not use, reproduce, copy, or distribute our trademarks, designs, or content without our prior written permission.
11) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Tags, Testimonials)
If you submit or post content to us (including reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, videos, messages, or tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and adapt that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes (including on our Site, emails, ads, and social platforms).
You represent that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
If you want content removed from our channels, email hello@womanandwarrior.com and we’ll review the request.
12) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation
Infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else’s rights
Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, or overload the Site
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site without permission
Submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or obscene content
Engage in fraudulent activity, abuse returns, or misuse chargebacks
We may restrict access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for prohibited use.
13) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Giveaways
Promotions and discount codes may have expiration dates, exclusions, minimums, and limits, and may be changed or canceled at any time. Discount codes are not retroactive unless explicitly stated.
Giveaways/contests (if offered) may have separate rules and eligibility requirements.
14) Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links or integrations to third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics, advertising platforms, and social media). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
15) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woman & Warrior Apparel, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any purchase.
In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue.

17) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woman & Warrior Apparel, Inc. and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
18) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at hello@womanandwarrior.com so we can help. Unjustified chargebacks or repeated disputes may result in account restrictions and refusal of future orders.
19) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused our services. Sections that should logically survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.
20) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@womanandwarrior.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Venue
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
21) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or internet/service outages.
22) Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.
23) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies linked on our Site (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Woman & Warrior Apparel, Inc. regarding your use of the Site.
