SHIPPING POLICY

Woman & Warrior Apparel, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships orders placed through our website. Please read the details below so you know what to expect after you order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email right after purchase, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Typical U.S. transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Transit times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or incorrect address details.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

Yes — we proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note:

  • APO/FPO/DPO shipments may take longer than standard domestic delivery due to military mail routing and transit.

  • Tracking may update less frequently while the package is in military mail channels.

  • Make sure your address is entered exactly in the correct APO/FPO format at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight. Any free-shipping promotions (if offered) will be shown at checkout and apply only when the promo requirements are met.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package. Be sure to check your SPAM folder!

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us as soon as possible at hello@womanandwarrior.com.

  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we can reship it once it’s returned. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the address provided.

If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package:

  1. Check around your home/building and with neighbors/household members

  2. Contact your local carrier office with your tracking number

  3. Email us at hello@womanandwarrior.com and we’ll do our best to help

We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll assist with next steps and carrier claims when possible.

Damaged Packages / Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@womanandwarrior.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

We’ll review and make it right based on the situation.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
