ORDERS & SHIPPING
How can I track my order? A confirmation email should be automatically sent when the order has been fulfilled including your USPS tracking number. Sometimes these may sneak into your Spam folder, so be sure to check there first. You can always email us at hello@womanandwarrior.com for further assistance.
Do you ship APO/FPO/AE? We absolutely do! We know our military families are stationed all over the world, so don’t worry—we’ve got you!
What is your turnaround time? Typically you can expect your order to be fulfilled in 3-5 business days. However, these times can vary especially around highly anticipated launch days and special releases; expect the turnaround time to increase to about 7-14 days.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen? While this doesn’t happen frequently, unfortunately this is a situation that could occur. 1. File a claim with USPS,; once your package leaves our hands they are now responsible for locating your order. 2. Email us at hello@womanandwarrior.com so that we are aware of the situation and because we care; we’ll always do our best to do you right and get you squared away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges? We understand that shopping online can be tricky business. We evaluate these requests on a case by case basis with the goal to always ensure that we have a happy, lifetime customer. SIZING & FIT
“I don’t know which size to pick!” Here’s a quick and concise rundown that will hopefully help you decide:
All products are unisex sizing and most are comparable to Comfort Colors®, Independent®, Comfort Wash®, Gildan®, and youth products are comparable to Bella & Canvas® and Rabbit Skins®
Size charts should be available within each listing, you just have to swipe through. We suggest using these measurements and comparing them to your favorite tee.
All of our products are a relaxed fit. If you prefer over-sized apparel or if you are in-between sizes, we always suggest sizing up. Any shrinkage will be very minimal.
Product information
What materials are used in your clothing? Our apparel is made up of either 100% cotton or a high cotton/poly blend and the designs are screen printed with plastisol ink.
How should I care for my items to ensure longevity? We always suggest to wash, dry, and iron inside out. This is the best way to maintain the graphic. It’s natural for the apparel to fade over time but if your product fades, cracks, or peels after the first wash, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately at hello@womanandwarrior.com —this may be due to faulty ink additive.
How often do you restock sold-out items? We aim to restock any sold-out items within 7 days. Seasonal items may remain out of stock until next season.
Where are your products manufactured? All of our products are sourced ethically within the USA and are produce and packaged in-house —no drop-shipping done here!
Do you offer your designs to be purchased for commercial use? We do not. Everything we sell has been originally and intentionally designed by our Woman + Warrior® CEO & Founder, Ashlee Sullivan. We take intellectual property protection seriously and have legal counsel in place to address any trademark or copyright violation. As a matter of fact, if you happen to spot a copycat out in the wild and send their information our way (hello@womanandwarrior.com) we will happily provide you with a discount on your next purchase.
