RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Effective Date: May 12th, 2019

At WOMAN + WARRIOR®, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the return/exchange process straightforward.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date your order was delivered (or the original order date, depending on what your tracking shows).

Eligibility (What Can Be Returned)

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in new/like-new condition

  • Free of odors (smoke, perfume, etc.), stains, pet hair, and damage

  • Returned with original tags/packaging if applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above standards.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless they arrive damaged/defective, the following are final sale:

  • Items marked Final Sale / clearance / steep-discount promos

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Worn/washed items or items returned outside the return window

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Start your request email us at hello@womanandwarrior.com with your order number

  2. Detail the issue you have encountered with your order

  3. Indicate your preference of a refund, exchange, or store credit

  4. You will receive follow-up communications within 48hrs of inquiry

Important: Returns must be authorized/initiated through our process so we can track them properly.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you.

  • Exchanges are processed based on available inventory

  • If your requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund (your choice)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable

  • Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider, but typically posts within a few business days after processing

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility

  • If we offer a prepaid label/portal option, any processing/restocking/label fee (if applicable) will be disclosed during the return setup and deducted from your refund/store credit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@womanandwarrior.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • the item issue

    • the printed design (if relevant)

    • the packaging (if damaged)

In these cases, we’ll typically provide a replacement or refund and cover any required shipping.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift (or you can provide proof of purchase), we can offer store credit for eligible returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t posted yet:

  • Check your bank/card statement again

  • Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)

  • If it’s still missing, email us at hello@womanandwarrior.com and we’ll help you out
