Looking for custom apparel for your military unit, SFRG, spouses’ club, or mission-aligned nonprofit? We’d love to hear about it.

WOMAN + WARRIOR® offers custom apparel only for large-batch/group orders. Our custom program is designed for organizations and teams —not individual one-off personalization.

What We Offer (Bulk / Group Orders Only)

Custom apparel options may include:

  • Unit/SFRG/organization shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies

  • Event apparel (fundraisers, retreats, runs, squadron days, deployment homecomings, etc.)

  • Nonprofit collaboration apparel (aligned with the military community and our brand mission)

  • Simple design builds using your approved text, theme, or logo (where permitted)

What We Do Not Offer

To keep our process efficient and quality consistent, we do not offer:

  • Single-item customization

  • Name/number personalization (ex: adding a last name to the back of one shirt)

  • One-off “make just one” requests

  • Small batch orders below our minimum

If you’re looking for a single custom piece, we’re probably not the right fit—but we are very honored you thought of us.

Minimums + Lead Times

  • Minimum order: 24 pieces

  • Lead time: typically 2–4 weeks after design approval and payment

  • Rush options may be available depending on our production schedule.

Logo & Trademark Guidelines

If your request includes a unit logo, organization logo, or official marks, you must have permission to use them. We may request written confirmation before production.

How to Request a Quote

Email hello@womanandwarrior.com with the subject line:
CUSTOM APPAREL — [UNIT / ORG NAME]

Please include:

  • Unit/organization name + point of contact

  • Email + phone number

  • Shipping city/state (or APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Type of apparel (tees, sweatshirts, hoodies) and approximate quantities

  • Timeline / in-hands date

  • Design info:

    • Text you want included (exact wording)

    • Any logos/graphics (attach files if you have them)

    • Color preferences

    • Placement ideas (front chest, full front, back, sleeve, etc.)

  • Budget range (optional but helpful)

What Happens Next

After we review your request, we’ll follow up with:

  • A quick confirmation of feasibility + timeline

  • Pricing estimate + invoice details

  • Design proof/mockup for approval

  • Production + shipping details once approved
